Research on “Heavy Metals and Organic Compounds from Wastes to be Used as Organic Fertilisers”, intended to provide the EC with background data and knowledge to define quality and limit values for landspreading organic waste; the research also included definition of a “”scientific concept” to establish threshold values in composts to gain the legal status of a product

Support to the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic
Management, coordination and expertise in the frame of the Twinning Light Project “Optimisation of Management of Biodegradable Waste”, intended to define the strategy for biowaste management in Slovakia, thereby enforcing EU strategies and provisions
